We can’t offer you a refund or exchange for a size problem, please look at our size chart before buying.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Some of our products cannot be returned, such as sanitary goods like earrings and downloadable software products.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase (we usually send you an invoice after your purchase).
